The program enlisted 30 ladies from across the country for a period of 12 months. The requirement was to expand the graduates' knowledge and provide work-on training. The ladies were taught Unreal Engine, Blender, motion capture usage, and illustration design. During this process, they worked on productions to upskill themselves.

After the program, 55% of them found employment, which varied from full-time to contract work. KN STUDIOS extended the training of eight candidates to sharpen their skills further, and five of them are still with the studio, continuing to expand their knowledge and skills.
